Further to the TSX Venture Exchange bulletin dated April 26, 2021, the exchange has consented to the extension in the expiry date of the following warrants, as announced on March 27, 2024.

Private placement

Number of warrants to extend:  11.5 million

Original expiry date of warrants:  April 12, 2024

New expiry date of warrants:  April 12, 2025

Exercise price of warrants:  70 cents

These warrants were issued pursuant to a prospectus unit offering of 11.5 million common shares, with 11.5 million share purchase warrants attached, which was accepted for filing by the exchange effective April 26, 2021.
