INTOUCH INSIGHT CLOSES CLEARPOINT SOLUTIONS US ACQUISITION

Intouch Insight Ltd. has closed the acquisition of the assets of ClearPoint Solutions US, LLC. ClearPoint is a merchandising company specializing in in-store services such as merchandising and rebranding since 2022. The definitive agreement was signed on June 16, 2025 (see press release dated June 16, 2025).

The purchase price for the acquisition is approximately $250,000 (U.S.) in cash of which $250,000 (U.S.) is payable at closing along with a profit-sharing agreement payable over the next four years based on the gross profits of the merchandising business. Intouch is financing the acquisition from its existing cash. No finders' fees are payable by Intouch. On July 3, Sam Hersey, the former chief executive officer of ClearPoint Solutions US, LLC joined Intouch to focus on revenue growth.
