INTOUCH INSIGHT ELECTS NEW DIRECTORS AND GRANTS STOCK OPTIONS

At the Intouch Insight Ltd.'s annual general meeting held on June 22, shareholders elected the two new board members, Jennifer Batley and Lee Bennett, in addition to re-electing existing members. Following the shareholder meeting, the board of directors elected Eric Beutel as board chair. As chair of Intouch Insight, Mr. Beutel reports that the company's board of directors has granted, under its stock option plan, stock options to employees, officers and directors, for the purchase of up to 725,000 common shares at an exercise price of 34.5 cents per share. The options granted on June 22, 2023, will vest over a 36-month period and expire on June 21, 2028.
