INVERITE ENGAGES ARM'S LENGTH CONSULTANT

Inverite Insights Inc. has entered into an arm's-length engagement to assist the company in advancing its product enhancement offerings for consumer directing financing (open banking) to the alternative lending industry. As part of this engagement, the consultant has been granted 400,000 restricted share units and 1.05 million performance share units. Each RSU and PSU, upon vesting, is redeemable into one common share.
