INVERITE UPDATES BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Jason Scharfe has stepped down from Inverite Insights Inc.'s board. Mr. Scharfe has been a key member of the board since the company's inception in 2016 and has been a valuable contributor to the company over his term. All of the company would like to thank him for his contributions over the years.

Inverite is in active discussions with a fintech industry expert to join the board to replace Mr. Scharfe. Once the company has further confirmation on these discussions, it will provide a further update.
