Inverite Insights Inc. has issued 674,208 common
shares to settle $33,710.41 in accounts payable to two vendors.
The transaction remains subject to the approval of the Canadian Securities Exchange. The shares will be subject to a hold period of
four months and one day from the date of issuance.
