INVERITE EXTENDS PRIVATE PLACEMENT AND UPDATES SHARES FOR DEBT ISSUANCE

Inverite Insights Inc., further to the company's news release of Jan. 30, 2024, will extend the private placement for an additional 45 days with respect to the balance of 10,829,400 units (see prior news release for offering terms). The company also advises that, further to the news release of March 11, 2024, the company is increasing the shares for debt (SFD) settlement by an additional $8,709.60 at five cents/share.
