Mr. Michael Kovacs reports

HARVEST ANNOUNCES THE LISTING OF THE HARVEST ALL-IN-ONE HIGH INCOME SHARES ETF AND FOUR NEW SINGLE STOCK HIGH INCOME SHARES ETFS

Harvest ETFs has completed the initial offering of Class A units of the following high-income share ETFs (exchange-traded funds) pursuant to a prospectus dated Sept. 23, 2026, filed with the securities regulatory authorities in all of the Canadian provinces and territories. The Class A units of the each will commence trading on the Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX) under the ticker symbol shown in the attached table.

These ETFs are welcome additions to the Harvest High Income Shares lineup, highlighted by Harvest All-In-One High Income Shares ETF (TSX: HONE), a unique all-in-one ETF that brings together three diversified portfolios of the Harvest High Income Shares strategies into a single, diversified investment solution.

"HONE builds on what investors and advisors have responded to in our high-income shares ETFs: monthly income, exposure to well-known leading companies and a modest use of leverage to enhance potential outcomes," said Michael Kovacs, chief executive officer of Harvest. "Bringing U.S., Canadian and international equities exposure together in one fund is a natural next step for the suite -- one ticker, three markets, that gives investors diversified access to 50 leading companies across three geographies along with high monthly income."

Distribution announcement

Each of the Harvest high-income shares ETFs will pay monthly distributions. Today, Harvest ETFs announces the first distribution, as shown in the attached table. This first distribution will be paid on or about Nov. 6, 2026, to unitholders of record on Oct. 30, 2026, with an ex dividend date of Oct. 30, 2026.

Investment objectives

HONE seeks to provide high monthly income and growth potential from allocation to United States mega-cap growth through HHIS, Canadian equity exposure through HHIC, international equity exposure through HHII and may include other Harvest High Income Shares ETFs. The underlying ETFs use a covered call strategy and employ modest leverage of approximately 25 per cent to generate enhanced monthly cash distributions for unitholders.

ASME, BRKE, INTE and MUHE provide investors with exposure to the growth potential of ASML Holding N.V., Berkshire Hathaway Inc., Intel Corp. and Micron Technology Inc., respectively. Each ETF employs an active covered call strategy on up to 50 per cent of its portfolio to generate monthly cash distributions for unitholders. In addition, each ETF utilizes modest leverage of approximately 25 per cent to enhance income generation and growth potential.
