The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filling documentation relating to a share purchase agreement dated June 13, 2025, between Infinitum Copper Corp. and an arm's-length purchaser. Pursuant to the terms of the agreement, the purchaser will issue a total of 2,744,319 shares at a deemed price of 32 cents per share and will pay $100,000 to the company in order to complete the acquisition of 100 per cent of the shares of Exploraciones Margarita S.A., the company's Mexican subsidiary that holds an 80-per-cent interest in a mineral exploration property, located in the municipality of Alamos, state of Sonora, and the municipality of Choix, state of Sinaloa, Mexico.

The transaction is arm's length in nature and no finders' fees are payable.
