MONTORO ANNOUNCES CHANGE OF NAME TO MARVEL DISCOVERY CORP.

The TSX Venture Exchange has approved International Montoro Resources Inc.'s change of name from International Montoro Resources Inc. to Marvel Discovery Corp. The company will begin trading under its new name and new trading symbol (MARV) on Wednesday, Feb. 24, 2021. The new Cusip and ISIN numbers are 57383V108 and CA57383V1085, respectively. Upon completion of the name change, the company will have a new website.
