INTERNATIONAL METALS MINING ANNOUNCES REINSTATEMENT TO TRADING SOON AND OTHER CORPORATE UPDATES

International Metals Mining Corp. has been advised by the TSX Venture Exchange that trading of its common shares on the TSX-V will recommence soon.

The company's current working capital deficiency of approximately $800,000 will be substantially settled by further shares-for-debt agreements and a planned private placement, the terms of which will be announced once trading recommences.
