Iberian Minerals Ltd., formerly Solid Resources Ltd., ("Company") (TSX VENTURE:IML) announced that it held its Annual and Special Meeting on August 27, 2014. All of the resolutions proposed to the shareholders detailed in the Notice of Annual General Meeting of Iberian Minerals Ltd. dated July 23, 2014 were duly passed.

Resolutions which were passed included:

The following five (5) incumbent directors were re-elected for the coming year:

The re-appointment of K.R. Margetson Ltd., Chartered Accountants as Iberian Minerals' auditor, approval of the amended Stock Option and the approval to the amendments to By-Law Number 3.
