iMining Technologies Inc. has appointed Bradley James McGill to its board of directors, effective Jan. 8, 2024. Mr. McGill joins the board as a replacement for the late Anthony Ditizio, a respected and valued member who sadly passed away in early 2023. iMining extends its deepest condolences to the family and friends of Mr. Ditizio and expresses gratitude for his invaluable contributions during his tenure on the board.
