IMAGIN MEDICAL ANNOUNCES $80,000 FINANCING FROM BIGGER CAPITAL, LP INNOVATIVE CANCER TREATMENT COMPANY RECEIVES ADDITIONAL FUNDING

Imagin Medical Inc. has completed an $80,000 note transaction with Bigger Capital Fund LP. In consideration of the loan, Imagin has issued the lender 666,666 share purchase warrants, each exercisable at 40 U.S. cents per share for a period of five years. The proceeds will be utilized for general corporate purposes.
