IBERO ACHIEVES FULL REVOCATION OF CEASE TRADE ORDER
The British Columbia Securities Commission (BCSC) has issued an order revoking the failure-to-file cease trade order issued against Ibero Mining Corp. on May 6, 2025.
The revocation order became effective on Aug. 13, 2026, and represents an important milestone for the company. The company will be removed from the list of default issuers maintained by the BCSC and the other jurisdictions in which it is a reporting issuer. Ibero is actively working with the TSX Venture Exchange to complete the remaining steps required to reinstate its securities for trading and looks forward to providing further updates.
