ILLUMIN ANNOUNCES VOTING RESULTS OF ANNUAL AND SPECIAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS

At AcuityAds Holdings Inc.'s annual and special meeting of shareholders held earlier today, all director nominees were elected as directors of the corporation (see an attached table).

In addition, the other items of business at the meeting, being: (i) the reappointment of an auditor of the corporation; (ii) approval for the corporation to change its name to illumin Holdings Inc.; and (iii) approval of the unallocated awards, rights and other entitlements under the omnibus incentive plan, were also approved (see an attached table).
