The TSX Venture Exchange has consented to the extension of the expiry date of the following warrants.

Original expiry date of warrants:  Feb. 29, 2024

New expiry date of warrants:  12,571,073 warrants to expire on Feb. 3, 2026, and 12,550,510 warrants to expire on Feb. 19, 2026

Exercise price of warrants:  eight cents

These warrants were issued pursuant to a private placement of 54,545,455 shares with 27,272,727 share purchase warrants attached, which was accepted for filing by the exchange effective April 5, 2021.
