The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that IA Clarington International Multifactor Equity Fund will be listed at 5:01 p.m. on July 24, 2026, for trading at the open on July 27, 2026. According to the TSX, there will be 100,000 ETF (exchange-traded fund) series units issued and outstanding, with no securities reserved for issuance. The units will trade under the symbol IIME, in Canadian dollars and with Cusip No. 45075N 10 4.
The TSX reports that the ETF is an open-ended mutual fund trust governed by an amended and
restated master declaration of trust dated Nov. 12, 2024,
together with Schedule A thereto dated July 6, 2026. According to the TSX, the ETF seeks to provide long-term capital appreciation by
investing primarily in a diversified portfolio of equity securities of
companies located outside of North America. The ETF series units will not pay a monthly distribution. These series may
pay an annual income or capital gain distribution in December of each
year.
The ETF's manager and trustee is IA Clarington Investments Inc., its transfer agent and registrar is TSX Trust Company at its principal offices in Toronto, and its fiscal year-end is March 31. As stated in its simplified prospectus dated July 6, 2026, the ETF is issuing 100,000 units at $10 per unit in its initial public offering. It expects to close the offering on July 23, 2026. The designated market-maker is RBC Capital Markets.
