INTELGENX ANNOUNCES A CHANGE TO ITS BOARD OF DIRECTORS

IntelGenx Technologies Corp.'s J. Bernard (Bernie) Boudreau has resigned from the board of directors effective today. Mr. Boudreau was a director of the company since 2006 and the vice-chairman since 2014. He was also the chair of the corporate governance and nomination committee.
