INTERNATIONAL FRONTIER RESOURCES CORPORATION PROVIDES CORPORATE UPDATE REGARDING ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

International Frontier Resources Corp. intends to call an annual general and special shareholders meeting on or before Aug. 31, 2026. The company has not held an annual shareholders meeting since June 26, 2024, however, in connection with the company's previously announced proposed reverse takeover (RTO) transaction with Kinjal Corp., International Frontier intends to combine its annual general meeting with the special meeting of shareholders required in connection with the RTO transaction. For further information regarding the RTO transaction, please refer to the company's comprehensive news release dated May 4, 2026, and subsequent news releases dated May 25, 2026, and June 9, 2026.

The company believes that holding one combined annual general and special meeting is in the best interests of shareholders, as it avoids holding two shareholder meetings in close succession and allows shareholders to receive one consolidated management information circular. The company will provide further details regarding the meeting date and matters to be considered by shareholders once available.

Completion of the transaction is subject to a number of conditions, including, but not limited to, TSX Venture Exchange acceptance and, if applicable, disinterested shareholder approval. Where applicable, the transaction cannot close until the required shareholder approval is obtained. There can be no assurance that the transaction will be completed as proposed or at all.
