INTERNATIONAL FRONTIER RESOURCES ANNOUNCES 2023 FOURTH QUARTER AND YEAR-END FINANCIAL AND OPERATING RESULTS

International Frontier Resources Corp. has released its financial and operating results for the three months and year ended Dec. 31, 2023. In addition, the company has filed its annual information form for the year ended Dec. 31, 2023, which contains the company's reserves and other oil and natural gas information, as required under National Instrument 51-101 (Standards of Disclosure of Oil and Gas Activities). The company reported a consolidated net income of $693,390 (five cents per share) for the three months ended Dec. 31, 2023, compared with a net loss of $463,695 (three-cent loss per share) for the same period in 2022 and consolidated net income for the year ended Dec. 31, 2023, of $193,340 (one cent per share) as compared with a consolidated net loss of $3,058,575 (20-cent loss per share) at Dec. 31, 2022. In 2023, the company had a net loss from operations of $486,670.
