The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that iFabric Corp. will list an additional 6,216,900 common shares at the open on June 5, 2026. According to the TSX, the listing will cover shares to be issued at $3.70 per share, pursuant to the terms of the company's short form prospectus dated June 1, 2026.
