IMPERIAL EQUITIES DECLARES QUARTERLY DIVIDEND

EDMONTON, AB, April 1, 2024 /CNW/ - Imperial Equities Inc. (TSXV: IEI), through its Board of Directors, has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.02 per share effective Q2 2024, payable on May 6, 2024 to shareholders of record effective April 19, 2024.

This dividend is an eligible dividend for the purposes of the Income Tax Act.
