INDICO ANNOUNCES CANCELLATION OF PREVIOUSLY ANNOUNCED PRIVATE PLACEMENT

Vancouver, British Columbia - Indico Resources Ltd. ("Indico" or the "Company") (TSX-V: IDI), further to its news releases dated November 24, 2025, December 2, 2025, and January 5, 2026 wishes to announce that it is cancelling its previously announced non-brokered private placement of 952,381 common shares in the capital of the Company ("Common Shares") at a price of $0.21 per Common Share for gross proceeds of up to $200,000.
