Due to financial restraints Identillect Technologies Corp.'s most recent annual general and special meeting (AGSM) was held on July 5, 2022. At the request of the TSX Venture Exchange, the company now intends to hold an AGSM prior to June 30, 2025. Further details relating to the 2025 AGSM, including the record and meeting date for the 2025 AGSM, will be announced in a future press release.
