IDENTILLECT TECHNOLOGIES PROVIDES UPDATE ON SECURITY BASED COMPENSATION PLAN

Identillect Technologies Corp., further to its July 7, 2022, press release announcing the voting results from its annual general and special meeting of shareholders held on July 5, 2022, has withdrawn its application to the TSX Venture Exchange for approval of its new shareholder-approved security based compensation plan, as part of its cost-savings measures. Further, the company confirms that no awards were issued or are currently outstanding under the proposed plan, and all previously granted and existing stock options remain under their original terms, and the company will proceed with a 10 per cent fixed stock option plan.
