The issuance of the revocation order follows the filing by the Company of its audited annual financial statements for its fiscal year ended June 30, 2023 and its interim financial statements for the three-month period ended September 30, 2023, with related management's discussion and analysis and associated Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer certifications on December 18, 2023 and December 22, 2023, respectively (the "Required Filings").
