ICONIC GOLD ENTERS INTO LOAN AGREEMENT

International Iconic Gold Exploration Corp. has entered into a loan agreement with Global Eudaemonic Capital Holdings FZE for the principal sum of $1-million. The loan is secured against the company's property, matures on Dec. 29, 2025, bears an interest rate of 18 per cent per annum and grants a 1-per-cent NSR (net smelter return) royalty on the San Roque property. The primary purpose of the loan is to pay its third and final instalment payment to NovaGold Argentina Inc. The remainder of the loan will be used for applicable taxes related to the payment and other Argentine-based expenses. The company anticipates repaying the loan from future capital raises.

Global and the company are arm's-length third parties, and there are no bonuses or finders' fees payable in connection with the loan.
