IC GROUP HOLDINGS INC. COMPLETES DEBT CONVERSION

IC Group Holdings Inc. has successfully completed its previously announced shareholder debt conversion, originally announced on Dec. 23, 2025.

The company completed a $175,000 shareholder debt conversion at a deemed price of 50 cents per common share, resulting in the issuance of 350,000 common shares. The debt conversion strengthens the company's balance sheet by reducing outstanding liabilities and aligns participating shareholders with the company's long-term growth strategy. All securities issued are subject to applicable statutory hold periods in accordance with Canadian securities laws.
