Pursuant to a special resolution passed by shareholders on Jan. 28, 2011, PCI-1 Capital Corp. has changed its name from to Curis Resources Ltd. There is no consolidation of capital.

Effective at the opening Wednesday, Feb. 2, 2011, the common shares of Curis Resources will commence trading on the TSX Venture Exchange under the symbol CUV and the common shares of PCI-1 Capital will be delisted. The company is classified as a mining company.

Capitalization:  unlimited common shares with no par value of which 56,207,142 common shares are issued and outstanding
