PCI-1 CAPITAL CORP. FILES FILING STATEMENT

PCI-1 Capital Corp. has filed on SEDAR its filing statement in relation to the corporation's proposed qualifying transaction with Curis Resources Ltd. pursuant to the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange. The corporation expects to close the proposed qualifying transaction on or about Nov. 23, 2010.

The filing statement is available on SEDAR. In connection with the closing of the qualifying transaction, Curis will close a private placement of $30-million at a price per share equal to $2.00. On closing of the qualifying transaction, the private placement shares will be exchanged for common shares of the corporation on a one-for-one basis. The private placement is scheduled to close immediately prior to the qualifying transaction.

The shares of the resulting issuer are expected to resume trading on or about Nov. 26, 2010, subject to the issuance of an exchange bulletin.
