The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation with respect to a non-brokered private placement announced on Feb. 22, 2024.

Number of shares:  57,557,600 common shares in the capital of the company

Purchase price:  one cent per share

Number of placees:  16 placees

The company issued a news release on April 10, 2024, confirming the closing of the private placement.
