INTERNATIONAL BETHLEHEM MINING CORP. ANNOUNCES DIRECTOR APPOINTMENTS AND AUDIT COMMITTEE RECONSTITUTION

VANCOUVER, BC - September 3rd, 2026 - International Bethlehem Mining Corp. ("Bethlehem" or the "Company") (TSX Venture Exchange: IBC.H) announces the appointment of Shawn Balaghi and Greg Davison to its Board of Directors as independent, non-management directors. The appointments remain subject to acceptance by the TSX Venture Exchange.

Shawn Balaghi

Mr. Balaghi has over 25 years of experience in capital markets and public companies, including senior executive and board roles involving corporate finance, capital markets, and public company governance. Mr. Balaghi has served as a director and officer of CyberCatch Holdings, Inc. (TSX.V: CYBE) for the past two years and was instrumental in arranging the sale of CyberCatch Holdings for approximately $132 million.

Greg Davison

Greg Davison is a Professional Geologist with 47 years of experience in mineral exploration, project evaluation, technical advisory and project management across a broad range of geological settings. He is currently licensed in British Columbia and has extensive experience in precious and base metals, ore mineralogy, process metallurgy and resource project development. He completed his B.Sc. Honours Geology at Dalhousie University and M.Sc. Geology at Brock University.

Mr. Davison has served as an officer, director and technical advisor to public and private exploration and metallurgical consulting companies and has acted as a Qualified Person for NI 43-101 technical reports and disclosure in Canada, the United States and Mexico. Over the course of his career, he has contributed to the exploration, evaluation and process development of mineral projects in more than 40 countries.

Audit Committee

Subject to Exchange acceptance of the appointments, the Company will reconstitute its Audit Committee to consist of Troy McIntyre, Shawn Balaghi and Greg Davison, with Peter Berdusco stepping down from the Audit Committee while remaining the Company's CEO, President and a director.

The appointments and Audit Committee reconstitution form part of the Company's continuing efforts to satisfy the corporate governance and other requirements associated with its application for reinstatement to trading.
