International Bethlehem Mining Announces Termination of Proposed Predxion Transaction

VANCOUVER, BC- August 12, 2026) -International Bethlehem Mining Corp. ("Bethlehem'' or the "Company") (TSX Venture Exchange: IBC.H), an innovative mining exploration company, is pleased to provide the following update.

Termination of Proposed Predxion Transaction

The Company announces that the previously proposed transaction with Predxion Inc. has terminated. The non-binding Letter of Intent between the parties was entered into effective January 9, 2026 and provided for a 90-day exclusivity period. In accordance with the terms of the Letter of Intent, it terminated upon expiry of that exclusivity period on April 9, 2026.

No definitive agreement was entered into in connection with the proposed transaction. No funds were advanced or exchanged between the parties, and there are no residual liabilities or guarantees of the Company arising from the proposed transaction.

Cease Trade Order and Trading Suspension

Trading in the Company's securities was suspended due to a Cease Trade Order issued by the British Columbia Securities Commission on May 6, 2025. The Cease Trade Order has subsequently been revoked; however, trading in the Company's securities remains suspended pending completion of the applicable Exchange requirements for reactivation.
