INTERNATIONAL BETHLEHEM ANNOUNCES CFO CHANGES

International Bethlehem Mining Corp.'s Scott Davis has resigned as chief financial officer of the company, effective Dec. 31, 2023.

On behalf of the board and shareholders, the company thanks Mr. Davis for his dedication and contribution to the management of the company.

Effective immediately, Troy McIntyre, a current director of the company, has stepped on as interim CFO.
