IA FINANCIAL GROUP ANNOUNCES THE APPOINTMENT OF NICOLAS COULOMBE AS EXECUTIVE VICE-PRESIDENT, INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY (CIO)

iA Financial Corp. Inc. has appointed Nicolas Coulombe as executive vice-president, information technology, and chief information officer, effective Oct. 1, 2026. He will also join the company's executive committee.

Mr. Coulombe succeeds Alain Bergeron, who will retire on Dec. 31, 2026, following a long career in information technology. Mr. Bergeron will support the transition until the end of the year.

Since joining iA Financial Group in 2020, Mr. Bergeron has played a key role in advancing the company's technology capabilities and digital transformation. He has notably helped strengthen collaboration between technology teams and business units, and encouraged the development of multidisciplinary teams focused on shared objectives.

"I sincerely thank Alain for his significant contribution, commitment and leadership," said Denis Ricard, president and chief executive officer of iA Financial Group. "He has helped bring technology and business closer together and leaves behind a strong team. I wish him a fulfilling retirement."

Mr. Coulombe currently serves as vice-president, information technology service delivery, at iA Financial Group. He has extensive experience in technology strategy, infrastructure and operations, cybersecurity, fraud prevention, and IT governance. Before joining iA, he held senior leadership positions in the financial service and telecommunications sectors.

"Nicolas's experience, leadership and knowledge of iA position him well to lead our technology function through its next stage of evolution," added Mr. Ricard. "I am confident that he will put technology at the service of our clients, advisers, employees and growth ambitions."
