iA Financial Group Announces New Responsibilities Among Senior Management Team

QUEBEC CITY, July 30, 2015 Yvon Charest, President and Chief Executive Officer of iA Financial Group is pleased to announce the following changes to the senior management team.

Renée Laflamme, CPA, CA, CFA, becomes Executive Vice-President responsible for Group Insurance Employee Plans and Special Markets Solutions, as well as retaining her current role as head of Group Savings and Retirement. In her new capacity, she also joins the Company's Planning Committee. Renée has been with iA for seventeen years during which she held assignments in Mortgage Loans and in Investments. Before iA, she was employed for 10 years as an auditor with a leading accounting firm.

René Chabot, FSA, FCIA, who is Executive Vice-President, CFO and Chief Actuary, takes on additional responsibilities as head of Information Technology and Legal Services. René, who has been with iA for 32 years, has held a number of positions including 10 years as head of Group Savings and Retirement as well as Marketing for Personal Financial Services. René is a member of the Company's Planning Committee.

Denis Ricard, FSA, FCIA, in his role as Executive Vice-President, assumes responsibility for Individual Insurance and Annuities, as well as retaining his position as head of Group Insurance Dealer Services and IA Trust. Employed with iA for 30 years, Denis has held a number of assignments including President of the Excellence Life Insurance subsidiary, Chief Actuary and CFO and Marketing for Personal Financial Services. Denis is a member of the Company's Planning committee.
