A Deletion from S&P/TSX Preferred Share Indices
TORONTO, March 24, 2015 /CNW/ - S&P Dow Jones Canadian Index Services will make the following changes in the S&P/TSX Canadian Indices:
Industrial Alliance Insurance and Financial Services Inc. (TSX:IAG) has announced that it will redeem for $CDN26.00 cash per share all of the outstanding shares of its 5.90% Non-Cumulative Class A Preferred Shares, Series F (TSX:IAG.PR.F) at the close on Tuesday, March 31, 2015. The shares of this issue will be removed from the S&P/TSX Preferred Share and the S&P/TSX North American Preferred Stock Indices after the close of trading on Tuesday, March 31, 2015.
