HORIZONS ETFS ANNOUNCES MAY 2023 DISTRIBUTIONS FOR CERTAIN ETFS

Horizons ETFs Management (Canada) Inc. has declared the distribution amounts per security for its exchange-traded funds (ETFs) for the period ending May 31, 2023, as indicated in attached tables.

The ex dividend date for the distributions listed in an attached table is anticipated to be May 30, 2023.

The ex dividend date for the distributions listed in an attached table is anticipated to be May 31, 2023.

The record date for all ETFs will be May 31, 2023. The distributions for securities of each ETF will be paid in cash or, if the securityholder has enrolled in the respective ETF's dividend reinvestment plan, reinvested in additional securities of the applicable ETF on or about June 7, 2023.
