The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that Horizons Emerging Markets Equity Index ETF has changed its name to Global X Emerging Markets Equity Index Corporate Class ETF, effective at the open on May 1, 2024. According to the TSX, the shares of the exchange-traded fund (ETF) will continue trading under the symbol HXEM. The new Cusip number is 37963T 10 3.

The TSX reports that Horizons ETFs Management (Canada) Inc., the manager of the ETF, will be rebranded as Global X Investments Canada Inc., effective at the open on May 1, 2024, and as a result, the name and Cusip number of the ETF will be changed. The TSX has issued separate bulletins regarding the name changes to other ETFs of the manager.
