                 HFX Holding Corp. Announces Management Reorganization


Vancouver, BC   HFX Holding Corp. (the "Company") (TSXV: "HXC") announces the resignation of
Mr. Zhuo Cao as Chief Executive Officer of the Company. Mr. Cao will continue serving as a director on
the Company's Board of Directors.

The Company also announces appointment of Mr. Michael Chieng, a director of the Company, as an
interim Chief Executive Officer of the Company.

About HFX Holding Corp.

The Company recently commenced operations as a Tier 2 mining issuer. Prior to the TSX Venture
Exchange approval of the Company's acquisition of an option to earn a 100% interest in the Kiwi property
located in the Yukon Territory, as the Company's qualifying transaction, HFX Holding Corp. had been a
Capital Pool Company.
