The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing a definitive agreement dated June 25, 2020, for Harvest One Cannabis Inc., to sell its United Greeneries licensed cannabis cultivation and processing businesses, located in Duncan, B.C., to Costa Canna Production LLP and 626875 B.C. Ltd., for a total cash consideration of $8.2-million. In connection with the agreement, there was a finder's fee in the amount of $253,000, payable to arm's-length finder Andreas Gedeon.
