HARVEST GOLD ANNOUNCES ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING RESULTS

Harvest Gold Corp. has released the results of its annual general meeting (the AGM) held on Sept. 4, 2026. All resolutions presented to the shareholders were approved with over 99 per cent of votes cast being in favour of each resolution.

A total of 18,087,331 common shares were voted representing 10.08 per cent of the issued and outstanding common shares. As a result:

  • The number of directors was set at five with the following nominees elected as directors: Richard Mark, Christopher P. Cherry, Edward Zablotny, Patrick Donnelly and Len Brownlie.
  • Dale Matheson Carr-Hilton Labonte LLP was reappointed as the auditor of the company.
  • The company's 10-per-cent rolling stock option plan was reapproved.

Following the AGM, the board appointed Mr. Brownlie (chair); Mr. Zablotny and Mr. Donnelly to its audit committee and Mr. Donnelly (chair) and Edward Zablotny to its compensation committee.
