HARVEST GOLD ANNOUNCES CLOSING OF NON-BROKERED PRIVATE PLACEMENT OF $518,750
Harvest Gold Corp., subject to the final approval of the TSX Venture Exchange and further to its news release of Sept. 11, 2025, has closed its oversubscribed non-brokered private placement, issuing 6,916,667 units at a price of 7.5 cents per unit, raising gross proceeds of $518,750.03.
Harevst Gold president and chief executive officer Rick Mark states: "We are very pleased to see this additional financing close as it provides additional funds for our 2025 exploration programs and puts us in a very strong fiscal position entering 2026. My thanks to the investors who supported us."
Each unit consisted of one common share in the capital of the company and one transferable common share purchase warrant. Each warrant entitles the holder thereof to acquire one additional share at a price of 12 cents per warrant share for a period of two years following the closing date of the private placement.
The company anticipates using the proceeds from the private placement for exploration expenses on its properties in the Urban Barry area of Quebec, Canada, and general working capital.
All securities issued will be subject to a four-month hold period pursuant to securities laws in Canada, expiring on Jan. 25, 2026.
In connection with the private placement, the company paid finders' fees, consisting of 397,917 shares, at a deemed price of 7.5 cents per share, and 933,334 non-transferable warrants, exercisable at 12 cents until the expiry date.
