HARVEST GOLD ANNOUNCES UPDATE ON ITS MOSSEAU OPTION AGREEMENT

Harvest Gold Corp. made its application to the TSX Venture Exchange in December, 2023, and, on Jan. 17, 2024, it received conditional approval for the option agreement entered into with Vior Inc. for the Mosseau gold project.

Closing is subject to the receipt of final approval. As per policy, Harvest Gold is updating shareholders and the market that final approval will be provided once the exchange has completed its review of all materials filed in connection with the application.
