A cease trade order was issued by the British Columbia and Ontario securities commission on June 1, 2023, against Pontus Protein Ltd. for failing to file its interim financial report for the period ended Feb. 28, 2023, the annual audited financial statements for the year ended Nov. 30, 2022, the management's discussion and analysis for the periods ended Feb. 28, 2023, and Nov. 30, 2022, and the certification of annual and interim filings for the periods ended Feb. 28, 2023, and Nov. 30, 2022.

Upon revocation of the cease trade order, the company's shares will remain suspended until the company meets TSX Venture Exchange requirements. Members are prohibited from trading in the securities of the company during the period of the suspension or until further notice.
