The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that Hamilton Thorne Ltd. will be listed and posted for trading at the open on Sept. 7, 2023. According to the TSX, there will be 146,816,578 common shares of the company issued and outstanding, and 12,557,899 shares reserved for issuance. The shares will trade under the symbol HTL, in Canadian dollars and with Cusip No. 407891 10 0.

The TSX reports that Hamilton Thorne is a global provider of laboratory equipment, consumables, software and services to the assisted reproductive technology market. The company develops, manufactures and markets products and delivers services that are primarily used by invitro fertilization (IVF) laboratories and clinics during IVF procedures. According to the TSX, no dividends have been paid and non are expected in the foreseeable future.

The TSX notes that Hamilton Thorne has been listed on the TSX Venture Exchange since Nov. 6, 2009, under the symbol HTL. The company will be delisted from the TSX-V on Sept. 7, 2023, upon the start of trading on the TSX. The company's fiscal year-end is Dec. 31, the transfer agent and registrar is Computershare Investor Services Inc. at its offices in Toronto, and the temporary market-maker is Integral Wealth Securities Ltd.
