HELIOSTAR FILES TECHNICAL REPORT FOR GOLDSTRIKE PROJECT

Further to Heliostar Metals Ltd.'s news release dated March 24, 2026, it has filed a technical report for its recently acquired Goldstrike project located in Utah, United States.

The technical report was prepared in accordance with National Instrument 43-101 -- Standards for Disclosure for Mineral Projects. It has an effective date of March 23, 2026, with SLR Consulting (Canada) Ltd. as the lead author and consultant. The technical report titled "NI 43-101 Technical Report Goldstrike Project, Utah, USA" has been filed on the SEDAR+ website and posted on the company's website.
