HELIOSTAR FILES UPDATED TECHNICAL REPORT FOR THE LA COLORADA MINE

Further to its news release dated Oct. 17, 2025, Heliostar Metals Ltd. has filed an updated technical report for its operating La Colorada mine located in Sonora, Mexico.

The technical report was prepared in accordance with National Instrument 43-101, Standards for Disclosure for Mineral Projects. It has an effective date of Oct. 19, 2025, with Mine Technical Services Ltd. (engineering) as the lead author and consultant and with Call & Nicholas as a subcontractor. The technical report, titled "La Colorada Operations, Sonora, Mexico, NI 43-101 Technical Report," has been filed on SEDAR+ and will be posted on the company's website.
