(CSE: HRNY) (the “Company”) is issuing this news release at the request of the British Columbia Securities Commission (“BCSC”). The release responds to recent online promotional activity about the Company and clarifies its public disclosure.
The Company has become aware of articles about the Company published on third-party websites, bearing a copyright notice identifying Advertising Services Worldwide Ltd., including:

The Articles make statements about the Company, its Loljuh Property (the “ Property ”) and its securities that are inconsistent with the Company's public disclosure and may mislead investors. The Company did not prepare or endorse the Articles, and investors should not rely on them.
The Company has made inquiries of its directors, officers, employees and consultants, including its investor relations provider, Fairfax Partners Inc. (“ Fairfax ”). Based on those inquiries, the Company confirms that none of the Company, its directors, officers, employees, consultants or investor relations representatives, or any other person acting on its behalf (including Fairfax):
participated, directly or indirectly, in the preparation, review, approval, funding, dissemination or distribution of the Articles; or
was aware of the Articles before they were published.

no mineral resource or mineral reserve has been estimated or established on the Property;
no drilling has been completed on the Property to date; and
